Well this is as I would say cute/ kawaii. I really like how this came out as well. What I like is firstly the blurred, furry way in which the pokemon came out in. The tail feels quite bushy and with a hair or fur like tecture quite prominent. You managed to add some shades to the back as well. The foot that is aparent does not manage to... well since I haven't seen pokemon (except the first movie, "Mewtwo Strikes") I donot know of the anatomy but the foot feels too fluffish like a toy. If you intended that then well enough!

The coat around the neck also woks fine but it is basically the cute ees and the blush under them that make me like the work. it is basically a simple work that looks really cute due to the style that you have used. I dunno if it will be possible or not, but if you can save the original work and make a copy to add some grass (in a similar style) and sky (with some clouds) to the work as a background, it would look really good <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> (as I imagine it)
